Policy

Portraits not custom made can be returned within 30 days of buying and subject to a handling fee of 15% or $5 whichever is greater.

Custom made portraits can't be returned, that is why we make the provisions of art proofing the art work before it is engraved.   As of this month, (August 2009) no one has custom made and order and returned it!   We do our best so that you can recommend others and a good portion of our first time buyers are friends of our buyers or seen our work in someone's house.
